That’s just…wow…^^;; I think asians look good in it, yes, but it doesn’t look right on Hayley. I don’t think it looks absolutely terrible, though.

That is actually a Blood The Last Vampire costume. “cosplay” is very popular in japan and I’m guessing she wanted to try it out.

hayley rocks, but i think her outfit makes her looks like a little schoolgirl. she look cooler in jeans and t-shirts, but its cool hayleys fearless about trying out intresting outfits.
