i think she just cuts off the other leg. either that or you can wrap it around your waist and tuck it in if you don’t want to ruin a perfectly good pair of tights.

she put one pair of tights on.
then put another pair over the top of one leg.
and just tucks the other in her shorts/skirt.
ive just tried it (:

cutting them wont work. they will just fall apart like when you get a hole or ladder in them.
